Puppy love

Over the past six days, Emma and I have made lots of progress with her potty learning. She has used the toilet with success all day (as long as she has no diapers, undies, or pants on) and we have only used diapers for nap-time and bedtime. Although, admittedly, I think she pooped outside today and cleaned herself up using her dress. Our dog helped "clean up" the actual poop. Yes, those two are very hygienic and  never get into trouble....

...ya right! I think that it is actually my fault that Emma thinks its okay to go to the bathroom outside. When I was very first introducing her to the potty, I made sure to show her how Mommy uses the potty every time and can thus wear pretty panties.... but I also showed her how Houdini, goes potty outside and that the grass is his "potty". I told her this, knowing that she copies Houdini all the time.



She chews on his toys, drinks from his bowl, eats his food, chases her "tail" and yesterday I even saw her copying him by licking her own leg. But I shouldn't be surprised. Those two have been pals since the beggining.

The difference now, is that they are conniving, planning, pals. Look at them. Criminal masterminds of the backyard.
